Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout done in a heated room. Cool Pilates is done at room temperature and suitable for all fitness levels incldung pregnancy. It combines core-focused Pilates movements to build strength, improve flexibility, boost endurance, and leave you feeling energised and empowered.

Pilates in the Park – Summer Edition
Pilates in the Park is a refreshing way to move, breathe, and recharge — all in the heart of nature. Join us lakeside at Luzern’s Ufschötti every Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting. Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs 25 CHF. Experience the power of mindful movement in the open air.

Online Classes
Experience the power of Pilates in the comfort of your own home. Join us online for a dynamic, low-impact class that challenges your body in a safe, controlled way. We will flow through bodyweight exercises designed to improve strength, stability, and mobility. The classes are 60 minutes long and cost 15 CHF.
Online classes are available every Monday 7:00pm
